Rural Surveyors You Can Rely On

Founded in the Spring of 2026, Rose Vale Rural is an independent, multi-disciplined firm of Chartered Surveyors providing specialist rural property advice across Somerset and the West Country.

The business is regulated by the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and is led by two qualified Chartered Surveyors, being RICS Registered Valuers and Fellows of the Central Association of Agricultural Valuers.

Our Practice

Our practice was established with a clear purpose to deliver relevant, reliable, and commercially focused advice to farmers, landowners, and rural businesses. We understand that no two properties, and no two clients, are the same. Our approach is therefore personal, pragmatic, dynamic and tailored to the individual circumstances of a wide variety of clients.

With strong roots in the local area, we combine professional rigour with a practical understanding of rural life and rural-based businesses, advising on valuations, agency, landlord and tenant matters, planning, utilities, strategic estate management and more.  We are committed to providing clear guidance and dependable representation at every stage.
